Компания SiSoftware выпустила новейшую версию собственного бенчмарка Sandra - SiSoftware Sandra 2012. SiSoftware Sandra - это системный анализатор для 32-х и 64-битных версий Windows, включающий в себя тестовые и информационный модули. Sandra старается затмить другие подобные утилиты и показать реальную картину, объединяя в одной программе возможности для сопоставления производительности как на высоком, так и на низком уровне. Вы сможете получить сведения о микропроцессоре, чипсете, видеоадаптере, портах, принтерах, звуковой карте, памяти, сети, Windows, AGP, соединениях ODBC, USB2, Firewire, и других.

Также вы сможете сохранять, распечатывать и отправлять по факсу и электрической почте, загружать на сервер или вставлять в базу данных ADO/ODBC отчеты в текстовом, HTML, XML, SMS/DMI или RPT форматах. Данная версия поддерживает огромное количество источников для сбора информации, в том числе: удаленные компы, КПК, телефоны, базы данных ADO/ODBC или сохраненные отчеты. Все испытания оптимизированы как для SMP, так и для SMT (Hyper-Threading), поддерживая до 32/64 процессоров в зависимости от платформы.

Sandra - the latest version of its award-winning utility which s remote analysis, benchmarking and diagnostic features for PCs, servers, PDAs1, Smart Phones1, small office/home office (SOHO) networks and enterprise networks. SiSoftware Sandra (the System ANalyser, Diagnostic and Reporting Assistant) is an information & diagnostic utility. It should provide most of the information (including undocumented) you need to know about your hardware, software and other devices whether hardware or software. It works along the lines of other Windows utilities, however it tries to go beyond them and show you more of what's really going on. Giving the user the ability to draw comparisons at both a high and low-level. Fully test modern APUs (CPU+GPU) and multiple GPGPUs
Why? Traditional benchmarks either test CPUs or GPUs but not both: as an APU contains both CPU and GPU units some parts may remain unused and untested. Sandra's General Processing (GP) benchmarks (GP Arithmetic, GP Cryptography, GP Memory) harness the full power of OpenCL and run simultaneously on both the CPU and GPU units of an APU, thus using all the processing power available. The GP benchmarks allocate workload based on the respective processing power of CPU and GPU units of the APU. If a discrete GPU is also installed, regardless of manufacturer, its power is also harnessed (CPU + int GPU + ext GPU).
